You have most probably been contacted by one of our genealogists (either by phone or by letter) to inform you that you may be entitled to an inheritance. As you are sure to have a number of questions in this regard, we have prepared a list of frequently asked questions that summarise the most important aspects of the process. |

Question: How did you learn that I am a potential heir?
Answer: Our genealogical research, which often takes a couple of years (archives, civil registry offices, registers, etc.) has shown that you are most likely related in such a way to the legator suggesting that you might be entitled to receive an inheritance. Please bear in mind that one does not always personally know distant relatives and that they often live abroad. |
